The dripper’s ribbed structure allows coffee grounds to expand fully, enhancing the depth and aroma of each brew. Its trapezoidal shape retains water effectively for balanced extraction, while carefully placed bottom ribs and multiple holes reduce over-extraction. Crafted from eco-friendly Tritan, it’s safe for both people and the environment, delivering a rich, smooth coffee experience.

CAFEC has pioneered drippers that combine the unique flower rib and cone shape, embodying CAFEC’s brewing philosophy. Noting the sustained popularity of traditional trapezoidal drippers in Japan and abroad, CAFEC took on the challenge of merging these elements to create the FLOWER DRIPPER 101-102. Through precise adjustments and countless prototypes, CAFEC crafted this dripper to maximize the flower rib’s extraction benefits, achieve optimal filter fit, and form a deep filtering layer. The 101-102 now completes the FLOWER Series, offering a refined pour-over experience for coffee lovers.
